Launch First Sted
Deploy a base Sted with required space and tool kits for basic wood & metal works, electronics & robotics, resin and arts & crafts, pottery, 3D printing & prototyping. The space will be a library of tools people can access with membership. They can co-work or organize/attend events at Sted.
Scaling
Growing the initial Sted and adding 2 more Steds. Expand with advanced electronics & robotics, enhanced 3D printing capabilities, and computer labs.
Full Network
Establish 6 growing Steds across the city. Implement comprehensive woodworking & metalworking workshops, media & design studios, and textile & crafting labs.
